6 rounds of interview across HR, L&D, Business was carried out in Bangalore & Mumbai across levels. Sr VP, VP level leaders had taken the interview. They even made me fly to Mumbai for a face to face round.

Two rounds with 3 panel members first round more about general manager background and behavioral questions , 2nd round more technical about my project management experience in regional and global business environments

Was smooth. HR kept us posted of all developments. The number of interviews was not too many. Timely process completions with less waiting time. Overall, at par with other local banks.
