Cisco has a good reputation and I was excited to interview with them. I did three rounds of interviews, all went well. But when the last interview was completed, they completely ghosted me. It's fine if I wasn't selected, but tell me. By not contacting me after the final round of interviews I have changed my opinion of Cisco as a company from positive to negative.

Process took over 2 months to the final stages. Expectations that were set in the JD and during previous interviews were not reflective of the actual technical expectations during last stage panel interview - felt dishonest, misleading and counterproductive when expectations were set at CCNA level but were way over and beyond that.
