The process consists of three rounds. The first two rounds revolve arounds your experience included in the CV, they also ask some questions related to networks. I got interview by Chinese engineers and their accents were heavy, so sometimes I couldn't understand what they were trying to convey. Overall, it was a great experience.

Very comfortable, the interviewers asked your knowledge mainly about ccna and the projects you have done. Later on about your expectation, career path and personality. Overall, it was not scary as I would have thought.
