Each round would involve specific topics like Business Knowledge, Cultural fit, skills, previous examples of accomplishments etc.

I completed all the interview rounds [5] and felt the process was progressing well. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up or closure—just silence.
Cisco, you can and should do better. A company with your reputation ought to uphold higher standards of communication and professionalism.

HR reached to me and have berief and shor conversation, then 2 rounds interviews will be scheduled, total 4 person and overall schedule is really smooth but no feedback till now, no doubt, I am rejected by them
