Te vreemd en lang proces. Eerst moest ik twee 1:1 telefoongesprekken met het uitzendbureau houden en daarna twee 1:1 telefonische interviews met Cisco's personeel.
Tot nu toe ben ik nog steeds eenvan de laatste kandidaten zonder feedback van het uitzendbureau.
Het proces schiet niet op ..... Waar is de professionaliteit?

Denk je niet dat de kracht van dit merk in een bepaald aspect niet groot genoeg is om een einde te maken aan procesrecruitment?

I applied directly on the company website and within 48h, a recruiter got in touch with me asking to complete a case study.
I have submitted the presentation and was invited to a screening call with the recruiter.
Afterwards completed 2 more interviews - after each stage interviewer/s were very complimentary of my experience and cultural fit.
All conversations were very pleasant but not very challenging.. So then I was rather stunned to receive a rejection email from the recruiter (with a few days delay) with pretty generic feedback 'we went with someone better suited for the job' . I have asked for more detailed comments but weeks and months have passed and not heard back. Over two months after I initially applied, I received however yet another system generated rejection email.
This is one of the examples of a company asking candidates to spend hours on their selection process (case study and interview prep, 3 different interviews spanning 4 weeks) and yet regret with a soulless email. NOT COOL! Definitely won't be reapplying in the future.
