Question 1
Expliquer votre parcours ; la pertinence de vos expériences ; vos études.
A few interviews with legal and potentially business folks working in the area you will support. There might be a set template of questions, but it is overall a pretty laid back process.

After applying, I was invited to a 15-minute phone screen with HR but only after submitting detailed written responses to their "prescreen form." I actually withdrew from the interview process after the phone screen because the recruiter was so off-putting, leaving me with an icky feeling of being interrogated and disrespected. I felt compelled to leave this review because I noticed that a prior legal counsel interviewee also had a negative experience with a Cisco legal recruiter and I'm certain based on that review that it must be the same woman who interviewed me. I have interviewed with various companies large and small over the years and have NEVER experienced someone like this in HR... it's really shocking that a company like Cisco would have this. I strongly suggest someone at the company look into this further. I was a little on the fence about the position to be begin with because it would likely require a relocation, but it still says a lot that I withdrew my application because the recruiter gave me bad vibes about the company. Top candidates have choices about where to work and I know that I for one would be very hesitant about applying to Cisco again based on my experience.
