I was selected for an interview, but never got to interview. The TA rep tentatively scheduled my interview before receiving my availability (which I gave the same day I found out I was selected). When I asked to please move the tentative time because I already had a client meeting during that time, the TA rep refused, stating: "Please accommodate this interview as it is only a 30-minute interview and leaders’ availability is limited." I told the rep I can't, I had client meetings during that time. The TA rep goes radio silent for days until 12 hours before the tentatively scheduled call and sends a confirmation for the meeting I already said doesn't work. So, I then just ask to be withdrawn since there seems to be no flexibility in scheduling. Then the recruiter says, "We can accommodate your schedule" and proceeds to schedule another call for 3am two days later, yes 3 in the morning. I can't believe it's this hard to have a meeting, but that was my experience. Good luck everybody else.

Fair process. They are getting to know you and your skills. No surprises. Consisted of 3 rounds. Met with recruiter then the hiring manager and then colleagues. Q: tell me about yourself? Q: Strategy questions e.g if XYZ what would you do?
