6-7 rounds of interviews by each of the stakeholders such as the team leads, Snr Manager, Product Manager, Project Manager, Director. Most of the interviews questions were focused on ensuring you were the right fit in terms of understanding their software development processes and on the ability to keep the team motivated and avoid attrition.

There were 3 rounds of technical and behavioural questions. The interviews were conducted professionally for 40mins with 5mins of Q&A. There were technical questions on current project and then many behavioural questions.
