Total 3 interviews. The first interview is on the phone, asking my background and why I applied for the position.
The 2nd and 3rd interviews are done with senior directors in Cisco remote meeting room. Only general questions are asked based on my resume.
All went well.

Had an initial phone screen with recruiter. Followed up with multiple rounds with different managers. A month went by where I heard nothing back from the original rounds of interviews. Received offer after 2 months of initial application.

3 phone calls and one in person meeting on the campus. Initial screen by HR and then talking to direct managers. Was probably about one week between each of the phone calls
