Good. Technical and soft skills both are tested.
Technical involvs knowledge of algorithms, data structures, as well as hands on coding tests.
Management round was also there which tests inter personal skills as well.

One interview with human resources, four tech interviews with four disctinct people in the team I would have worked in, one interview with the hiring manager. The interview process was well streamlined.
Process was fairly fast. It had 3 interviews: 2 technical and one with Hiring manager which was also kind of technical.
Overall process was fairly simple as they wanted to hire early.

whiteboard questions. half a day or so. questions were relevant and interviewers were good. Not sure if every group has same style. Both young and older engineers interviewing.
