The first step was to apply online through CV application, two months later I was invited for an video-call interview. After a week I was told I was selected for the next round which consisted of uploading a short video in which I was required to answer a question they had sent to me. The process takes long.

The interview was kind of okey only most of the questions where asked from my resume. And my internship. The question was a situational based question. In that i need to sell a product to the panelist.

Interview based on the understanding of the Cisco Sales Associates Program and their Associate Sales Representative role. Basic questions regarding their culture and motivation to join Cisco and their CSAP.

Once you pass to the next level, you go through virtual interview with the employees at the branch. You have to prepare for a virtual sales meeting with a customer with realistic scenario.
