The hiring manager definitely looked up my linkedin profile, all recommendations on linkedin as well as other reconmmendations which laid a very positive impact and a strong foundation even before the actual interview, Had 4 rounds of interview including a 45 white boarding session with the hiring manager, a 45 minute behavioral and past work examples in the 2 nd round, a technican interview in the 3rd round.
I sent out thank you notes with sample of my presentations and reports which seemed to be a winner with all my interviewers

It was very nice . Very polite. Agile process and sdlc question were asked. It was a good , great and an awesome experience. Overall it was a very good knowledge session.
