The most unprofessional interview, i have ever witnessed. The interviewer was not even prepared with neither the application or my resume which was sent to them before hand. Besides the fact that all my credentials where met with a high level of arrogance and disbelief probably due to the high level of melanin I own with pride.

What is the most important thing on a production floor?
Recruiter uses ai to find one or two applicants from a pool of hundreds. First person to get interviewed gets the job. They send you a lowball offer once you’re hired. Then they work u like a dog.
