Stay far away from this company. I was given an opportunity to interview. The first few minutes went well. Then I was asked about my goals for the future. The CEO mentioned my goals don't align with what they are looking for? So I have to breathe sleep and eat being a Mid-level CSM for the rest of my life? Or am I not allowed to have higher aspirations. This speaks volumes about their culture and I'm glad the interview ended. The CEO is unnecessarily curt.
