You set up with one interview with the regional manager and HR followed by a second interview with just regional manager only and then a third interview with her regional vice president

I applied and had an initial interview at K Circle. I felt that the interview went well and was told to wait for two weeks for the manager to contact me. After a month of waiting with no update, I followed up with HR, but unfortunately, I received no response. It seems the HR did not handle the follow up properly. It would have been better if at least the interviewer was notified. Is this kind of delay and lack of communication normal nowadays?

The interview process has a LOT of steps. I think i went through about 5 rounds of interviews/ phone calls before they let me know if i got the job or not.
