Entretien
Interview was 5 minutes. Employer ensures you can speak English well, have the right type of appearance for the job. Looks at previous employers, but fishes to find out you're always punctual, and will never miss a shift.
Circle K sells cigarettes, and lotto, so you have to be 19 years +. Big push on not selling to minors.
They have an excellent security system, video monitored by a central location. An 'eye in the sky' is always watching you from every angle and recorded. Great to know incase the employee ever has an issue.

if you work their stores through an app on your phone called Shiftsmart it greatly improves your chances of being hired as the app has merchandiser roles and cleaner roles and you learn their processes of store cleaning and stocking coolers ect...

It was great I liked the fact that questions actually related to the job and they made you feel comfortable and it it was in a back room closet do that was a little different but it is a gas station not sure why they didn’t have a office ir something

Quick and easy interview process, didn’t take long at all. They needed a new overnight person and I accepted. The manager was friendly and funny, overall was not a terrible experience.
