face to face pretty easy not many questions more answers then there questions. I did go to there training facility. This was in or about 2003 back then there trainer is now a district manager. She was not real good as a interviewer or as a trainer. I left about 40 minutes into training.
very professional, but dont tell the reason why, they dont foreard you to the next step and dont give you chance to get the job. no progress that you can control

It’s casual. The owners have pleasing personalities and very accommodating. The vibe of the whole interview was positive and they made me feel at ease. However, the interview was delayed for almost 30 minutes.
