I had already been an assistant for 6 months, so I was promoted. The interview was fairly informal. The person interviewing asked if I knew what I was taking on and how hard the job could get. I told him I was aware and ready for the good times and the bad.

Moving up from store assistant there was a test and training. Then I had a multi step interview. Very professional. Had already worked with company for 2 years so I was comfortable with the upper management.

Very quick and fun. They will ask your previous employer info, you will also be asked differently scenarios example what would you do you n certain situations. They will asked about you and things you like to do. There will be at least 3 interviews for management positions

Entretien
Refused to be upfront about shift work, not used to interviewing people who aren't desperate. They just need warm bodies to fill the gaps right now. You can't really refuse overtime, like if someone doesn't show up for their shift in the morning you can't leave.
