Fairly easy and straight forward. I was interviewed by 2 members of management, they asked 5 questions each. Interview typically last 1hr but I was there for an extra 30mins as I couldn't stop talking. It's all about delivering exceptional customer service and understanding we put the customer at the heart of everything we do!
