1 phone screen and 4 interviews. Talked to 4 different interviewers that are similar in seniority but had no interaction with each other at all. All of them asked very similar questions. The interview process was very long, with 2 weeks in between each interview. For the last interview, they did not inform me beforehand that there was a technical assessment, and decided to send an email to me 10 minutes before our scheduled interview. After the last interview, I did not receive a response and when I reached out, they ghosted me. Also, the recruiter has been extremely unresponsive throughout the whole process. FYI, I never knew if the last interview I did with them was a final interview.
