After talking with one of the drivers at Cintas he and I had agreed that we both thought Cintas would be a good fit for me. I went online and put in my application and had a phone interview set up w/in a week of putting in my app. Two days after my phone interview I received an email saying (basically) thanks but no thanks. I thought that's weird, so I called them up and asked why? What did I do/say wrong? They told me they didn't see that I had been sent an email. We both thought that was weird. But anyway she said it's more of a sales position and I told her that I had a little bit from selling cars. They quickly changed their mind and wanted to talk more. So we talked and by the end she said let me talk to the manager here about getting you an inhouse interview. I told here that sounds great! Got that set up for the following week, showed up early for my interview and thought it went pretty well. A week went by and I hadn't heard anything from anyone, so I called them and was told that he hadn't had a chance to talk with HR. That's fine, just wanna let you know I'm really interested to work for you all. Another week goes by, still nothing, I call again and get the same answer. 2 weeks go by I call again, front desk lady answers and says she is sending HR an email with my name and number. Another week goes by and still nothing. So I call again and same thing, I'm sending another email to HR. Here we are over a month after me talking my way into an inhouse interview and nothing from anyone.

Way to encompassing. Multiple interviews and ride along. Not a very fluid process. Pretentious people. Make you feel like you are qualified and they need people however don't follow through. Augusta GA location.
