The interview process was very straightforward. I was first contacted to do a phone interview, which was the first stage of the process. Then after that, I was asked to go to their headquarters in Cincinnati where I had two more interview and a semi formal lunch interview. After about a month after all of my interviews I was contacted by Cintas with a job offer.

Phone interview. Very easy and extremely relaxed. The interviewer asked question about my work history and the career goals associated with my degree. It was a pleasant experience. I am considering my options.

I originally had a phone interview and then was brought into the office for a Round Robin interview. I has five 30 minutes interviews with 2 interviewers in each.

Entretien
Two Management Trainees for Cintas interviewed me for a summer intern position. They asked the typical questions to get to know me and why I think I would be a good fit for this position. At the end of the interview they gave me the email address to their human resources manager to set up another interview.
