Very nice and informative. There was a lot inform about the position. The company seems to very encouraging and uplifting. Also seems to be a lot of room for growth within all positions. They have a wonderful reputation. I wish I got the job offer from them but did not come prepared with basic interview answers ready.

Entretien
HR, then go into facility to interview. There is atleast 2 or 3 more steps after the facility tour. Great staff and enjoyable people to be around. I haven’t heard back yet but not complaints
Cintas offers a professional interview experience—well-structured, with behavioral questions focused on customer service, teamwork, and accountability. Interviewers were friendly, clear, and focused on cultural fit and career growth potential. i woudl recommend
Hard to me, and does not seem to showcase much about the company, maybe I’m not capable as always. Good luck. It looks easy but hard to get to the next step
