It is a long drawn out process. Did not work with a recruiter. They sit you down with multiple managers who took a "Meticulous Hiring" course and think that makes them qualified to interview. Trouble with being hired at Cintas is those who suffered from poor management in the past, take it out on you and want you to "do your time" as well. They ask defined questions from paper classic "tell me about a time...." and then don't even listen to your response and just write your answer word for word.

Question 1
Q: Tell me about a time when you had an unhappy customer and how did you handle that event?
Long process, but very thorough. Got to meet many people inside of the company. They were very transparent in all my questions, and got me excited about the opportunities ahead.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cintas

I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.
