Entretien
The interview process was extremely drawn out. First they do a phone interview, then send you a link to do a video interview. After the video interview they invite you to the office for an in person interview, if they like you, you are invited to go on a ride a long for a whole day with another Service Sales Representative on his route to see what the job is like. After you do that you have to meet with four more people (other managers) then they have a group meeting and decide together if you will be a good fit.

4 rounds with a ride along. First round over the phone then the next 3 are in person. In person range from 30 minutes to an hour. The ride along is four hours but you are compensated for it.

You are interviewed several times by various managers. You are also expected to do a day on the road with a seasoned rep so that you can see what the job is.

Long process. Disorganized. Did not even know I was coming when I did. My route ride was delayed 1 hour because employee was late. Was waiting on a call for my third interview and instead got a call saying they aren’t continuing with me. Unprofessional. Their questions didn’t even make sense in the interview.
