J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cintas en mars 2023
Entretien
The interview process began with a recruiter. Incredibly polite and personable. The recruiter explained in detail the role, pay, and commission structure. This was a two-part phone interview. First was was just a general introduction while the second part was a deep dive into my work history, Was moved to a third in-person interview. Third interviewer me never fully introduced themselves in regards to the role they play or go into sort of detail on the job expectations. Incredibly frustrating that they kept on glancing at their cell phone as text messages came in. Was asked a series of generic questions which again while answering seemed to be preoccupied with their cell phone. Once we were done the interviewer thanked me for coming in and was going to walk me out. I had to what was the timeline and what would be the next steps in order for me to prepare.
