The entire process consisted of four 1 on 1 interviews. One was a screening phone call with basic questions about my interest in the position and what I wanted to be paid as well as a few situational questions. The next two were with directors and the final one with a regional VP. All of the interviewers were nice and managed the interview slightly differently but all of them included sharing about myself, and then answering 3 or so "tell me about a time when..." questions. The amount of interviews was intimidating and time consuming, but I was always informed very quickly after each interview about whether I made it to the next stage.
