First I had 3 phone screening calls. Next I had 4 zoom meeting interviews. Next were 3 in person interviews. In all of my encounters I was told I'm being considered for multiple positions. Almost 30 days in and no job, just a automated message letting me know I didn't get the positions.

Terrible, old school way of interviewing candidates without a proper gauge of WHO the individual is. They want to hear your BS answers to "explain a time when". 5 interview rounds with the exact same questions with people you may or may not be working with. Pointless
