Absolutely terrible I interviewed at least 3 or 4 times. Went on a route ride which was essentially free labor for the company as they claim to pay you for the day never received payment. They have you read a book and summarize it. After doing all of this I then had to call multiple times to finally receive a generic email stating another candidate was chosen. Although same location and same position stayed open weeks later. One of the worst interview processes I’ve ever experienced.

Entretien
I applied online first started on indeed which took me to the company website yo apply. I got an email the same day for a phone interview with a recruiter Arianna which was on a Wednesday the forth of July was that Friday so the interview gone interview was scheduled the following Monday. Phone interview went well she was cool asked a few interview questions howningeard about the job and offered me an interview person interview which we scheduled for tht coming Wednesday. Went to the in person interview met with a supervisor he explained his position and explained more about the job requirements he asked me about my previous job history asked a few interview questions the interview took about an hr at the end he offered me to come In for a shadow day which we set up for next Tuesday I’m excited to see what it’s like on the road as an Cintas employee I’ll be back with an update ! Today is 7/9/25
