Entretien
Called the GM, who got me in contact with the Sales Manager. Called him and set up interview appointments. Went in for a boiler-plate interview with those dreaded canned questions. Was called a week later and offered the job.
A phone interview with a recruiter. Then an in person interview in the office with a route manager. Then a ride along with a rep. Then a final interview with the building manager.
Interview process is kinda extreme for what you’ll be doing after. It’s at least 5 interviews. The job there after is pretty easy and straight forward the things they ask you to remember and are tested over later, you’ll never use day to day.

Just overall job and about Cintas. What services they provide and what are the next steps in the process. Asked about locations I would like to work at. Lastly, talked about how to promote within the company.
