I wanted to give some advice to anyone who is applying to Cintas, and interviewing. You will have a brief phone interview, but afterwards it will be your first in-depth interview (virtual). I will say the interviewer was very kind, but... it is ALL BEHAVIORAL QUESTIONS. They will of course ask “tell me about yourself” - and word of advice (& tip I got from interview videos on YT), don’t tell them about your personal life, tell them about your career life. I think the second or 3rd question was what I did at my last job / previous jobs, but other than that - I felt the interview was nothing about the job and all about me trying to give stories and situations in the past for the behavioral questions. I felt this really sold myself short and affected my outcome, but it was a learning experience and I just wanted to give advice to whomever is looking into applying for a job there. I believe it is a decent company, but keep in mind it is a big company and the interview process will be long and a little excessive, for this company at least, which I feel is normal for big companies but just be prepared!! (p.s ask questions at the end!!! There is a lot of great interview help videos on YouTube) Good luck!!

Initial phone call from their HR Representative who will ask most of the questions and if they like your resume and what you say the person will send and invite and arrange a video call with AR Supervisor and Manager
