Worked there as a temp for 3.5 months, then became hired in with a 90 day probation period. Went through 4 interviews, 2 drug tests (one was with the temp agency,) background check, driving record check, and an orientation. The interview had some light behavioral stuff; how you would react to a disagreement with a co-worker, what was your greatest achievement, etc.

Sent in my application yesterday and start today. She asked about my previous employers, and my position there. My likes and dislikes in a job. Overall it was like talking to someone I’ve already knew
