Full day long interview where they have you come into the office and do work for the day, along with shadowing a person on your team as well as go through your final interviews, which was about 3-4 additional individual interviews with different branches of the office. I found it all a bit tedious, but I guess gives you a good grasp on what it will be like working there.

Why are you interested working for Cintas over other companies? How comfortable are you with high volume cold calling?
Long process, but very thorough. Got to meet many people inside of the company. They were very transparent in all my questions, and got me excited about the opportunities ahead.

Entretien
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.
