Interviewed with 3 different people at the office. Most interviews were pretty casual and laid back. It started with a plant manager and eventually I had to interview with an individual in a higher position.
Getting into the building was a little different. There was no one there to meet me, so I had to cal a few times before I found someone that could help.

Tell us about a time you had to overcome and obstacle.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.

They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
