Recruited by a recruiter on campus. Went through an initial on-campus interview and was invited back to a round-robin styled interview with many other candidates from the area. Then was interviewed by three area managers that flew in from all over the nation, each asking different behavioral questions. Then went to the desired location for a final short interview with the general manager.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.

They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
