This interview process is multi step. you get a email first that they are interested in you. From there you setup a time for a phone interview. Phone interview lasts about 25mins. General question about what did you do in the past? and your role at the place where you are currently working at. How can you benefit our company if you get hired were some of the questions which i was asked.

Q: Describe a situation where some customer criticized your behavior and how you dealt with that?

4 rounds with a ride along. First round over the phone then the next 3 are in person. In person range from 30 minutes to an hour. The ride along is four hours but you are compensated for it.

Tell me a time you had to be creative to solve a problem?
You are interviewed several times by various managers. You are also expected to do a day on the road with a seasoned rep so that you can see what the job is.

Long process. Disorganized. Did not even know I was coming when I did. My route ride was delayed 1 hour because employee was late. Was waiting on a call for my third interview and instead got a call saying they aren’t continuing with me. Unprofessional. Their questions didn’t even make sense in the interview.
