I received an invitation from a recruiter based on military and veteran status as well as recent, relevant experience. I was contacted based on Linked In profile and then put in contact with company personnel for further direct interview activities.

I found the interview to be a canned, trite experience. I was called and expected to come in for an interview that same day, with very little flexibility with that.
