Entretien
Applied online and within a week, received a call for a phone interview. Phone interview was with a current account manager, and was very general in regards to past experience and expectations of this role. Was informed that I would hear back by the beginning of the following week, which I never did. Two weeks later, I reached back out and they said that their manager is the one doing follow up so I should hear from them. It's not been three weeks and haven't heard anything about moving forward or not, which is surprising for such a large and established company.

took a month to have all 4 in-person interviews that asked the same questions and be hired. You interview with different sets of people. the final interview is the GM. the questions are all the same with all of the people.

Entretien
4 Hours long, 3 Separate interviews between all the head managers spaced out and then shadowing someone on the floor. Once that is complete one final interview with the GM.

Would you rather have an employee who does perfect work but is late or a worker who is always on time but does just an acceptable job?
Applied to the customer service rep position a while ago, got a voicemail from the company to call them back when I had time to talk over the phone about my experience and discuss the role so I called but never heard back.

They said they wanted to discuss my experience, so I assume they wanted to know about what customer service roles I have previously been in.
