There were 3 steps,
first was a online assesment, then there was a technical interview, at last it was an cultural or kind of interview, where there were no technical questions.

They asked questions regarding OOP, C#, .NET, like Middleware, Azure Piplines and Azure Function.

Entretien
they took 3 interviews even after managerial interview they took technical interview again. They should follow a proper interview process and guide candidate before interview. 1st one is technical 2nd one is also technical and 3rd will be the last one with manager.

Entretien
There were two technical interviews 1st covering basic programing, OOP and Data Structure concepts and second Architecture side things, like OAtuh Azure, Or if familiar with cloud and design patterns. Also they put a lot focus on communication skills.
