The interview was lengthy, required big asks and was very cumbersome. I spent a lot of hours with this interview process and created 2 detailed plans with an analysis. I ultimately was not offered the job and when I requested feedback as to why - I never heard from the team again. The process took over 2 months (of continual interviews). They seemed to be open to a virtual position but asked me to fly to Texas multiple times. While I would be happy to-do so, the timing was really bad and I had to keep pushing back or declining. The notice I had to get my life in order, take time off from my current job for a 5 hr flight was unrealistic. I was very excited about the position and company culture but the daunting and tiring interview process is something I would not be interested in participating in again, no matter what kind of future role pops up.
