First job interview + job ever. Applied in person and got a call back the same day. Set up an interview for the next Thursday. I went in and waited for a few minutes, and then the manager came out to meet me and took me back to a small office where the interview was held. Interview lasted about 20 minutes, and I was asked very easy questions that were read from a script. Manager called me two hours later with an offer, and I accepted. We set up a time for me to fill out paperwork the following week. Before starting, you have an orientation day where you watch a video, and a training day where you are paired up with a manager and learn from them.

Very relaxed and conversational. Felt at ease as we talked about our mutual expectations for the job, as well as our favorite movies. Overall the conversation felt welcoming and at the same time very to the point.
