Very lengthy process for hiring. Phone interview first then paper work went to the HR department. I then was called to schedule appointment for paper work, physical for work and id badge. After that they only process orientation days on certain times of the month so I had to wait 2 weeks for day of orientation then after that I was scheduled for classes that would relate to my position. EPIC for example. after completing these classes I then was scheduled to shadow with employee. However my schedule was related to employees schedule and if they were off or on vacation that I had to wait out the time to continue training.
