The interview process was very discouraging. It lasted from May to October. I have never heard interviewers talk about themselves so much, and it was not a single question about me as the candidate. I never got an email response back for follow up. The interview was solely for compliance purposes because they went with an internal hire. I was so sad that a great organization/business goes about interviews so unprofessionally with such little-to-none communication. I felt scammed.
