Entretien
First we sat down in a room with the other interviewees. We were then given sheets with questions to complete. Questions specifically relating to the role (customer support).
The interview then moved on to an open format group interview where questions such as "what do you think of the current education system, does it need reform" and "what do you think of automation, is it a threat to us" were asked.
The last part of the interview was a 1 on 1 interview with a member of the team.

HR makes contact for phone screening first.
If shortlisted, schedules a group interview (I didn’t get this, my underatanding was that candidates will be interviewed in a group which didn’t happen) a written test may be taken as well.
If shortlisted, second interview with a manager.
One of the interviewer made me feel like, I should know how their products work and asked me question about supply chain management and while explaining he used shortterms and when on to ask me if I knew what he means.... felt like he was undermining me all the time.
Lacks people management and interviewing skills, confused the hell out of me.

Written test based on customer service.
Role plays are the major part of interviews to test your objection handling skills.
