The interview process was 6 calls lasting 30 minutes each. It was the most fluid and efficient interview process I have ever experienced. Great experience overall. Half of the calls were scheduled in a single week which was great from my point of view. Always nice when things move fast.

In the challenging reality of today’s job market, Cin7’s recruitment process stood out as structured, transparent and genuinely candidate-focused.
From the outset, there was clear communication around timelines, expectations and next steps, which made the entire experience feel organised and respectful of my time. Jessica, Head of Talent Acquisition, was particularly impressive in this regard. She consistently provided timely updates, kept me informed at every stage and guided me through the process with clarity and professionalism.

Very seamless interview process. Talent Acquisition set clear expectations of three rounds of interviews over a 2-3 week timeline. Each interview was professional, conversational, and insightful, with thoughtful questions that built on one another and gave me a clear understanding of the role, team, and company culture throughout the process.
