Pretty fast and easy, initial screening with HR, two user interviews - asking about past projects, your involvement, and several technical questions related to qualitative research. No FGD test needed in my case.

The process took less than a week. The questions were mainly about my experience in conducting research projects and how I could implement that experience to Cimigo. I was required to conduct a mini group discussion (mock-up) and write a report after passing the interview phase.
