I applied online to several positions and got an interview after 2 weeks. The interview was on the phone with 3 managers from different software teams. The interview was about an hour. All three managers asked technical questions related to the skills I put on my resume.

some general interview question, introduce yourself and describe the project you have done in school. The process takes about 1 hour, group zoom meeting. The interviewers are nice and they may ask you some technical questions, like thread, operating system and c language

This was for a coop position at Ciena. The interview process was basically them asking me about previous work experiences and projects I had on my resume. I had to explain each one thoroughly because the hiring manager didn't full understand most of my projects.
