There were following rounds in the interview process.
1. First technical - Java core
2. Second technical - Java core
2. Manager - Previous projects
3. HR - Salary
Overall it should not be difficult to clear the interview if java core is prepared.
Behavioural plus some technical testing questions on different testing methodologies and lot of questions asked from prior experiences and resume. Important to understand different methods of test driven development in a test environment setting.

Entretien
It was pathetic and horrible . They came bangalore to hire the C#. Net developers for Gurgaon location on 3rd June 2017. They have not mentioned any written test round in call letter and they have taken written test first. I cleared 1st round. It was very complicated and confusing one even their own employees would not be able to solve a single question. 2nd round was techincal. It was supposed to be on C#. net but interviewer has given all the data structure and multithreading problems. I solved almost all the problems like reversing the linked list, Printing circle pattern and etc. It went around 1 and half hour. He asked me to wait outside then HR came and told me you are not selected. I think they were not interesting in hiring the good candidates.Honestly speaking do not go to their drive otherwise you will feel waste of time. Interviewer himself was confused while giving the problems.

Entretien
Ciena Gurgaon interview process.
1. First they will complete all candidates for first round and they will start with second round, so you have to end up waiting 2-3 hours for second round to start and after that 1 hour wait between each round.
2. 3 rounds, mix of both managerial and technical and 1 round of HR.
3. Every round is knockout round.
4. After completion of all the technical rounds you will have HR round.
In which you get to know that, your selection is not confirmed, they gonna collate results of all candidates and then rank each one, kind of merit list system in govt job process.
Words from their HR :
--> "No matter how technically skilled you are, if you match the requirement of the manager, basically how well you will fit in the team, we gonna consider you"
--> "Ciena not gonna take care your financial needs "
--> "What is the least package below which you will not join the company" (definite figure is must required by HR)
So, in all after day long process, I cleared all the rounds but couldnt make it to their merit list.
