I had two face to face interviews and one telephone interview. The first interview was with the manager, she asked me to introduce myself, then explained what the company does, the role requirement, the team structure etc. Then I met 2 team members. A week later the financial controller interviewed me, he asked what I do in my current role then explained the role further, discussed the skills required for the role. Both interviews lasted about 1 hour. The telephone interview was with an HR, she asked what I know about the company, we discussed my current role, the remuneration package etc. I had great experiences overall.
