Great. To the point, discussion on my skills and experience. Little highlight about the job and how i can fit in. The interview was very smooth, it was more of a conversation trying to understand the job and my skills and how we can align .

It was and internal referral. My profile was shared with one of the hiring managers for an opening in their team. There were two rounds conducted. First was with the hiring manager itself, who asked about my experience, my role, responsibilities, etc. Then a panel interview was organised, which went really well. There were 5 people in the panel involved in the interview. Many questions related to my work, python, networking and behavioural were asked. The interview went very well. But the problem is I never heard back from Ciena. Even after multiple emails, they never responded back with any kind of feedback, which I thought is really unprofessional on their part. If a candidate is asking for feedback, please provide the same. The interview went very well, and I was expecting to hear back from them, but it’s been more than two weeks and I’m just in the dark not knowing what happened.
